PERC has worked on more than fifty feasibility studies in which a community is thinking of building a recreation facility, but requires advice on such issues as location, capital cost and financing, operating cost and financing, marketing and management.  Examples of such projects include:
PERC Recreation Langley Aquatic Centre
  Interior of the Walnut Grove Aquatic Centre in the Township of Langley. PERC worked with Roger Hughes and Parnters Architects on the project, which received a Facility Excellence Award from Athletic Business Magazine.
