Dalyce launched her consulting business in 2004, following 20 years in recreation management in the public and non-profit sectors. Her specific experience as Recreation Manager for the City of Merritt, Aquatic Manager for Strathcona Gardens Pool in Campbell River, Technical Director for the Lifesaving Society BC and Yukon Branch, and small town community development contracts has provided her with insights into the challenges and opportunities of rural community sustainability. She joined PERC in 2004.

Dalyce haas a Master Degree in Leadership from Royal Roads University, and has been a volunteer and Executive Vice President for the Merritt and District Chamber of Commerce, and held positions of Vice President and President of the Merritt Otters Swim Club.
